Present: Yvette Brinkley, Colleen Giffin, Ron Haggett, Steve Ullman, Margie Warner and Kathy Chisholm, Library Director, Guest Marc Gregory
Ron moved and Coleen seconded adoption of the agenda. Adopted unanimously.
Colleen and Yvette seconded adoption of the Minutes from the previous April meeting.
Marc Gregory requested use of the Library parking lot for a car wash to support a study trip to Australia and India. The Trustees voted that they have no objections to such a use. Adopted unanimously. However, the Trustees referred Mr. Gregory to Town officials for approvals.
Ron submitted the Treasurer’s Report. He announced a meeting for Library Trustees June 22nd in Concord aimed at reviewing their legal obligations.
